No where to hide any mistakes with this cake!! All white fondant cake with no decorations, probably the hardest of cakes to do!! This very elegant cake was for a lovely bride, whom unfortunately I never met :-( Emma lived in Newcastle and we only spoke via phone, such a lovely girl too!
