Mild mannered office worker by day, Cupcake baking super heroine by night & day! I
also juggle the demands of
of my sisters cafe,
two one toddler
s and one teenage, I mean 6 year old daughter (sometimes it feels like she's a teenager!!), and one husband (with a slightly dodgy heart, who often says, "why couldn't you have learnt how to make kick ass salads instead of cakes!!)
, and an assorted bunch of dogs, guinea pigs and temperamental hermit crabs to keep everything on an even keel. I wouldn't have it any other way! Well actually I would, I would love a toddler who could sleep at night, you would think after 4 yrs he'd know how to do it, oh and I'd love a cure for heart disease as well!! Not too much to ask for I don't think. Gees after crossing out half of the things I use to do, seems like I should have more time on my hands!! I love what I do, I love creating and decorating, I feel at one or in my element when I'm creating. I love to see the reactions on peoples faces and can't believe that I play a part in their memories of years to come ;-) I can't believe I get to do this for a living now, I wouldn't have it any other way, oh maybe a little more time for myself!!
