Made these recently for a client aka friend who has been visiting Smile Dental (smiledental.com.au) a lot lately!! She wanted to say thanks for always squeezing them in.

Yongala Gala!!

One of Townsville's oldest hotels has recently been purchased by new owners, Rob & Natalie. To celebrate their relaunching of this majestic building I was asked to supply some Happy Cakes for their occasion. After making and decorating 250 of these dainty little morsels, my sister aptly renamed me Surly Cakes!! I have to admit I was a little daunted taking on this number of cakes especially at such short notice, however, the end result I believe was more than enough to restore a happy little cake to my heart!! Congratulations to Rob & Natalie.
