A bitsa cake!!

Well it's been a long time between photos!! Rest assure people I am back and man are there some cakes or are there some cakes happening round here!! Am really excited about the requests coming in for cakes, so much fun to be had, with a pinch of stress no doubt ;-) This cake was ordered by Kim for her husband Michael who is celebrating his 50th birthday today. I call it a bitsa cake, cause Kim along with some other customers give me a list of things that they would like to include on their cake for various reasons. It's becoming a little popular, I think it's cute and it makes it so much more personal. So Michael's story is that he loves playing golf and football, he was a policeman and now he has a pool business!! Voila a bitsa cake hehehehe.
