Cakes - When and How to Order

I recommend to book your dates as far in advance as possible. I understand at times, this is not possible and where possible I will do my best to accommodate your order. Please be aware though that if you order at the last minute you may be limited in choice when it comes to design as everything is custom made and we simply do not open a box for decorations and cakes!! To avoid any disappointment though I would recommend to book as early as possible.

If you wish for me to secure the date in the diary the holding fee is $100. Please note though this is non refundable, however it does come off the total amount owing upon pickup. The reason that the deposit is non refundable is that all bookings are date specific, so if you change your mind about your function date, your deposit is forfeit against other orders we have declined in order to take your booking.

When placing your order via e-mail ( please try to include where possible the following information. This will help me serve you better!!
  • Date required
  • Type of cake required ie birthday, anniversary, christening, wedding etc
  • Theme of the event ie jungle, beach, flowers, glam, classic etc
  • Any likes and/or dislikes (in particular).
  • Favourite colours.
  • How many people will be attending? This will help me determine the size of cake required.
  • Do you want cupcakes, cake or a tiered cake
The more information you provide the more I'll be able to create something memorable and spectacular. People often come to me and say "I trust your judgement", which I'm so very thankful for, however what I like might not be what you like!! Which is why your guidance is recommended.
