My Sisters Wedding Cake!!

My sister Maria got married on NYE here in Townsville, it was so nice, except the weather!! Here's a picture of the wedding cake. Now let me see if I can say this and make sense of it!! Each layer has 3 layers within in it, one being carrot, another being raspberry mud and the other chocolate!! So when you got a slice you got a piece with all 3 flavours of cake!! It was like a mini explosion of flavours in your mouth!! It was pretty cool. Guests were also given some cookies as thank you gifts. These were gingerbread flavoured, cause that's what we like!!
