EXPLODING XMAS CAKE

Location - Kirwan
Cost - $295 LESS 15% = $250.75
Duration - 7hrs (10am - 5pm) Please note finishing times may vary slightly.
Level - Beginner
During this course you will learn how to set up a big cake, ganache, and cover using fondant. You will also learn how to make some effective fondant decorations to decorate your cakes, the exoploding technique, how to cover your presentation board and colour fondant effectively.
Take Home - A completely decorated cake made by you!!
Refreshments - Tea, coffee and lunch will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE ALL CAKES USED DURING THE CLASS ARE "REAL" AND NOT STYROFOAM.
