A very pretty 21st cake.....

Made this very classical cake for Aimee who is celebrating her 21st, probably right now as I type!! Aimee supplied me with a picture of what she wanted and insisted on the cake being dramatic in height. The cake stands at about 8" in height, that's about 20cms! It's what we call an extended tier.
