Exploding Star Cake.

Well, firstly let me say that the design of this cake is not mine. If you haven't seen this design before then you've been living under a rock!! It belongs to Planet Cake. Clynt celebrated his 40th (& gees he looks good for 40 wink wink) birthday yesterday and it would seem I offered to make him a cake?? That's his story anyway!! With no time for design inspiration I referred to one of my cake books (in this case PC) and thought what better time to have a go at the famous exploding star cake than now!!
