Made these for a customer's daugther, who was having her 11th birthday. Only instructions were, that they needed to be girly! Happy Birthday Erin.

Congratulations to Sonia and Anthony on the safe arrival of their beautiful little girl Hope. Whom may I say is very cute, obviously gets all her beauty from Mum! Because baby gets all the presents I wanted to make these cakes just for Mum. They're a strawberry cupcake with a, you guessed it, strawberry buttercream. May I add there is no fake flavouring, made with real strawberries!P.S Mr Happy Cakes, who is no fan of the strawberry, has rated these as his second favourite cupcake ever!

So tonight I decided to make "just because" cupcakes. Wanting to make something a little more grown up I turned to the bottle! Cranberry, lime, vodka, and a cointreau buttercream and voila! Let me introduce my new favourite happy cake, The Cosmopolitan!

Made these for a "princess" who just turned 21. Her mum said to me that she had chosen a princess theme for her party, and went on to say, "they never really grow up!".

Made these mini flower power cakes over the weekend for a beautiful little girl who had her christening.

Fit for a Princess!

Recently made these cakes for a 5 yr old's birthday. Mother asked for "bollywood" type colours, yet girly and her words "fabulous". Cupcakes were topped with handmade crowns and flags. The upper most layer was a moist white choc mud cake in the shape of a handbag, especially for the adults!
